Yamaguchi Aero stems were used by the 1992 U.S. Olympic Team - Erin Hartwell rode a Yamaguchi Kilo bike with a Yamaguchi aero stem to clock 1:04:753 for an Olympic Bronze Medal.

U.S. National Time Trial, Team Pursuit, Point Race, and Road Race riders used Yamaguchi aero stems.
